Designing this space implied studying its historical context. The building is in the middle of Cartagena’s historic center, which was built in Colonial times. Nonetheless, this building dates back only to the 1920s. This design is a contemporary re-interpretation of the architecture of the time.

Designed for a family that likes to meet in Cartagena for Holidays. It is meant to accommodate the whole family at once. The living and kitchen area are at the core becoming the heart of the home.
